Easter is here. A time when generally speaking the story is told and celebrated of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. A story of light after dark. Of joy after pain. And of rebirth.
In every way it is similar to the healing journey of rheumatoid arthritis.
There is pain to start with, hardship and disbelief. Dealing and struggling with the reality of RA and the impact and changes rheumatoid arthritis has on your everyday life and your future.
But then, if you choose, there is a renewed sense of joy, of deeper understanding, of love and of forgiveness.
The light after the dark.
The rebirth of you.
Because, rheumatoid arthritis, on the level of spirit, on the level of your soul, is a path of awakening and the rediscovery of who you truly are.
It is a path to help you (re)connect with your authentic self. It is here to help you release what no longer serves you and be clear on what is important to you in your life (and what is not).
This spiritual healing approach to rheumatoid arthritis brings you the opportunity to accept, embrace and love your authentic self and live according to your authentic self.
Rheumatoid arthritis is here for a reason. You and I didn’t attract it out of thin air.
It is a message of love, from our authentic being, showing us we have pains within us that do not resonate with our true nature and need to be released. As well as, embracing and accepting the light and greatness we truly are.
Every single time I have discovered with myself and others that when you listen to, communicate with and examine rheumatoid arthritis closely, it leads you to the deeper pain that is underneath what co-created rheumatoid arthritis.
When we view RA not as the enemy, but as a natural process of the body in order to help restore the natural balance in the body, we can learn a tremendous amount of who we are and what brings true joy and wellbeing in our lives.
There is nothing wrong with rheumatoid arthritis. We needn’t fight it.
It is by embracing RA that we experience deep healing and the joy of being in harmony with our essence.
RA leads you to the reconnection with your authentic self. To the resurrection, or rebirth, of the realisation of who you truly are. And to live in harmony with who you truly are.
Rheumatoid arthritis is here to help you reconnect with you essence and show you what you can let go of and what you can embrace.
That is what RA is asking of you. To be your authentic self and to shine your light in this world for all to see.
